The EVO Propulsion Unit comes in three versions: Standard, Performance, and Elite. The Standard unit, with a 4000W power output, is designed for riders up to 90kg and is crafted using the die casting method for reliable performance.
Shipping Policy
We offer worldwide shipping:
- Netherlands: Orders are shipped the next business day after placement. Same-day pickup is available at our location in Amsterdam or Almere — please contact us to schedule your pickup.
- Rest of Europe: Delivery within 10 business days.
- Outside of Europe: Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed upon.
All shipments include tracking information, which will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in brand new condition, with no signs of use or wear.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
After thorough investigation (max 10 working days) of the product, funds will be released. Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method.
