Refund policy

If you want to exchange your order, please contact us! You can exchange unused products within 30 days. In exchange for the returned product, you will receive a voucher, another product, or, if we cannot provide another product, a refund.

Please note, these are the exceptions to our return policy:

Items with discounts cannot be exchanged. All tags must still be attached to the item, and the item must be returned in the original packaging. Items must not show visible signs of use. To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Send an email to volt@voltwatersports.com and include the following details:

• Order number
• Clearly specify the products with article numbers that you want to exchange
• Explain the reason for wanting to exchange the products
• If the parts have arrived damaged or are not working, include clear photos or videos.

We aim to respond to your return request within two working days and hope to provide you with a suitable solution.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
